Every fortnight, for twelve weeks, a package arrives at your door. Posted from Australia. Inside are letters — a fictional student writing to her teacher about her life, her goals, her English. Her name is Isabella, Sofia, or Yuki, depending on where you come from. Her story feels real because it was written for you.

Then Paul writes back — responding to her story, teaching the grammar that matters, not from a textbook but from what she actually wrote. Then the study materials: exercises, explanations, and examples built around your language specifically.

Every weekday, a voice prompt from Paul arrives — a short, personal message to keep your English moving between packages. Twice a week, you meet Paul live for a 30-minute video session. Afterwards you receive a full session package: a podcast episode, a video explainer, a written summary, and the recording of your session so nothing is ever lost.
